Data Processing: We process data for server logs and hosting based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) to ensure website security via our EU-based host. Contact requests are processed based on contract fulfillment or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)). Analytics and non-essential cookies require your active consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Directory Data: We process business listings, including personal data of sole traders or contacts, based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) to provide a public directory. Data is sourced from publicly available business registries. You may object to this processing or request rectification/erasure via mail@press-sensation.de. We do not process data as truly anonymous if re-identification remains technically possible.

AI Systems: We use AI systems for content generation and recommendation engines. AI-generated content is clearly labeled as artificial. Interaction with our AI chatbot is disclosed at the point of interaction. We do not currently use AI for emotion recognition or biometric categorization.

Data Subject Rights: You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data. You may object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR) or withdraw consent at any time. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Requests should be sent to mail@press-sensation.de. Data retention is limited to the period necessary for the purpose or legal requirements.
