Scope: Cliobase provides a business directory. Listings are aggregated from public sources and provided without warranty of accuracy or completeness. We have no affiliation with listed businesses. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability: Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, subject to non-excludable statutory liability. We are not liable for the accuracy of third-party content.

AI Transparency: All AI-generated content (text, images, audio, video) is clearly labeled. Users will be informed when interacting with an AI system. Users are responsible for ensuring that any AI-generated content they submit to our platform complies with these terms and applicable laws.

Withdrawal: Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. We provide a prominent 'Withdrawal' button on our interface for distance contracts. This page is strictly limited to the cancellation process, free of marketing or distracting content. Upon clicking 'Withdrawal', you will be prompted to 'Confirm Withdrawal'. You will receive an immediate, durable confirmation of receipt via email. No additional charges apply for telephone support.

Data Access: In accordance with the Data Act, users of connected services have the right to access and port data generated by their usage of these services.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the operator.
