LIABILITY: We are liable for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and for breaches of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations). Further liability is excluded. Our AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes; we do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

LISTINGS AND CANCELLATION: To request correction or removal of a listing, contact mail@press-sensation.de. If a paid contract exists, you may use the 'Vertrag widerrufen' button. Upon clicking, you will be prompted to confirm your choice ('Widerruf bestätigen'), and we will provide an immediate, durable confirmation of receipt.

GOVERNING LAW: These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to German jurisdiction.
