How Scoring Works

Each question is weighted by its impact on implementation success. A score of 0-40 indicates high friction; 41-75 suggests a need for process refinement; 76-100 indicates you are ready for a seamless rollout.

Acting on Your Results

  • Low Readiness (0-40): Focus on cleaning up your internal file structures (Google Drive/SharePoint) and establishing a single source of truth before introducing a portal. Adding a portal to a chaotic process only digitizes the chaos.
  • Moderate Readiness (41-75): You have the data, but lack the standardized client interaction protocols. Focus on creating 'Client Onboarding Playbooks' that dictate exactly where and how a client should interact with your team.
